Because our products are personally printed and embroidered as soon as an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled beyond the 2 hours period after you placing the order. Cancellations or address changes may be impossible after this delay.
Costs may apply when you cancel an order after the 2 hours period.
If there is an error in your order, please open a ticket as soon as possible. Go to your account and open your order to write us a message.
If you want to return a product, you must first let us know the reason by opening a support ticket. Go to your personal account, then create a ticket in your order. We will be back to you with the return process.
Be aware that all products returned without having previously informed customer service, cannot claim a refund or an exchange.
The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a non-conforming product.
To avoid returns due to wrong sizing, we ask you to read carefully the sizing information provided. Returns are not eco-friendly for Earth, so please help us to avoid unnecessary returns.
After your products are received by our team, the exchange or refund will be applied within a maximum of 10 days.
After a period of 14 days following the delivery of the order, return requests can no longer be accepted.
